The British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) was established in 1972 to provide a voice for Landscapers and, most importantly, to raise standards throughout the industry. Before becoming members, landscape contractors have to successfully pass a series of challenging tests to demonstrate their company is run to a significantly professional standard and the quality of their work is of the highest level. Complaints Resolution Procedure BALI sets high standards that contractors must meet in order to become members, going through a strict vetting procedure on joining BALI. We therefore take any complaint against a member very seriously. All complaints are investigated fully and in most cases, are resolved simply through the intervention of BALI. However, if this cannot be achieved, BALI will help with an independent complaints resolution.
